To become a member of the Berkshire Hills H.O.G. Chapter you must first be a member of the National Harley Owners Group. You can become a member of National by going to the H.O.G. Website. After completing your enrolment with National H.O.G. you
will be given a membership number which you can use to join our Chapter. Download the form for Berkshire Hills H.O.G. HERE (you
may need to download Adobe Reader to open the form) and fill out the required information. Bring the form, your
dues money and proof of membership to the National H.O.G. with you to a monthly meeting and become a new member in the Berkshire
Hills H.O.G. Any questions please e-mail our Membership Officer.
Membership dues are $15 per year for both Full
member and Associate member. This is a bargain considering Ronnie’s will give you a 15% discounts on Harley merchandise for
every month you sign in at each meeting. You will get your $15 back in no time.
Monthly Meetings are held the first
Tuesday of the month starting at 7 PM at the clubhouse located in Ronnie’s Warehouse off route 7 in New Ashford, Mass. Meetings
are considered “members only” events; however nonmembers may attend one meeting a year as a guest of a member. All members are
encouraged to bring in their ideas for new rides, events or items of interest to all.
BERKSHIRE HILLS HARLEY OWNERS GROUP
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
1. Membership in Berkshire Hills HOG runs the calendar year (January 1st thru December 31st.) Berkshire Hills HOG
expires on December 31st regardless of when the membership is purchased or renewed during that year. An exception to this rule
is that NEW members to Berkshire Hills HOG who purchase a membership (or are provided a membership) in October, November, or December
are entitled to a free membership the following year. Existing members of Berkshire Hills HOG may renew their membership for
the following year at any time.
2. Berkshire Hills HOG dues will be $20 for new or renewal memberships purchased in October
through December 2009 and in January through September 2010.
3. Berkshire Hills HOG membership is restricted to persons who
are active members of National HOG. Berkshire Hills HOG membership will be cancelled if a member's National HOG membership expires
during the year and no attempt is made to renew it. (Member will be contacted and reminded of National HOG expiration.) Member
must be notified in writing of pending BH HOG cancellation. Regional HOG Manager must be notified of all action taken.

Lifetime membership to Berkshire Hills HOG can no longer be purchased. However previously purchased lifetime memberships will be honored.
